Tailored Transit Info for a Busy Transit Hub

Redmon Group deployed Transit displays to the newly-built West Plains Transit Center in Spokane, Washington. Spokane Transit Authority (STA) utilizes the Redmon Transit Display software and content management system (CMS). This CMS delivers tailored transit information to the busy transfer station west of downtown Spokane. Redmon installed high-bright, outdoor-rated LCD displays back-to-back at 2 locations and inside a shelter. These displays offers route arrivals, alerts, and graphical public service announcements. Redmon designed a custom presentation that utilizes STA's branding and design guidelines.
The Transit Display software and CMS deliver tailored transit information to the busy transfer station west of downtown Spokane.
Redmon worked with STA transit planners and operations staff to deploy a hardware solution suitable for the wide range of weather. Also, suitable for dawn-to-dusk exposure to sunlight. Our engineers trained staff on updating content within our CMS and provided documentation in order for agency staff to train others on the use of the CMS.
